How SettleMe collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
GreatCallie International Ltd ("SettleMe", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the SettleMe mobile application and website ("the Platform").

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
We retain your case data for a minimum of 5 years after a case is closed, in line with standard records retention practice and in case the transcript is needed for subsequent legal proceedings. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, your personal account information is removed. Case records may be retained in anonymised form for legal and audit purposes.
We take data security seriously. Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which employs industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to case data is restricted to assigned mediators and authorised SettleMe administrators.

SettleMe is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account immediately.

We send push notifications to keep you informed about your case (e.g., new messages, status updates, payment confirmations). You can disable these in your device settings at any time, though this may affect your ability to follow case progress in real time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the app. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
